“They are as adept at breathing life into “off the shelf” material
as they are at creating memorable and behaviour-changing “bespoke” events,
having been integral in designing award winning training for a major
Blue Chip”
So if your company wants to
•
increase turnover, or
•
improve bottom line profit, or
•
make a leap in customer satisfaction scores, or
•
develop synergy within its people, bringing with it the immeasurable
benefits of team working, or
•
help its people through a difficult period of change, whilst not affecting
team results, or
•
change its team of managers to a team of leaders, or
•
ALL OF THE ABOVE
The team at Accelerated Personal Performance has the expertise to make
this happen.
BUT IS IT A TRAINING ISSUE?
If you have a ‘people problem’ training is not always the
answer. A strange statement you might think, especially from a training
company. Well, we are not about ‘delivering training’ we
are about ‘Developing Individuals to Accelerate Corporate Performance’.
A training course is not our start point; it is just one of the possible
solutions to your issues.
Our start point is, understanding you, understanding your company,
understanding your people and understanding the issues that you all
face. As Dr Stephen Covey says ‘seek first to understand then
be understood’.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
At Accelerated Personal Performance we follow the systematic approach
to learning development. Before any potential solution can be found
(bespoke or otherwise), we need to see your point of view, from your
side of the desk.

THEN WHAT?
If training is a part of the solution, what might you expect from
Accelerated Personal Performance?
More important than how your people perform in the “classroom” is
what they retain and use in the workplace, to improve performance
there. We use several techniques to aid retention, from making
sure we use
different learning channels, anecdotal examples from our own experience,
to multiple intelligence interaction. Suffice to say the training
will be FUN, INFORMATIVE, CHALLENGING, SUPPORTIVE, INVOLVING AND
EXPERIENTIAL.
Set out on the 'Course Content'
page “bare bones” of potential
course content. The training “flesh and blood” will come
from the attendees, as this will be linked to their workplace experiences.
We build on their knowledge and skills and use a ‘walk the talk’ approach
with appropriate coaching and feedback. This ensures that having
used the techniques in the training room and seen them work, they
will take
this learning to positively impact attitude, skills and knowledge
in the workplace.
Wherever practical, live skills practice sessions, tailored to the
delegate workplace, will be a feature; these can be recorded as a
lasting record to DVD or video, if required. All courses conclude
with a reflective
time to consolidate learning and identify what will be done differently
in the workplace. This is recorded by the delegate and can be available
to line managers to ensure ongoing embedding of the training.
